Jack In The Box - Clarksville

I waited in line which seemed like forever, (35 mins) behind someone. I checked Google and it says open, workers were in there. However we got no sign of them serving. The wait was so long a line began. I was so frustrated I wanted to leave and was contemplating on driving over the bushes just to get away from this nightmare. After another lifetime finally they answer and took a order. Then it was my turn. They were claiming to be out of so much stuff. I just didn't want to eat there anymore but I was stuck. I ordered a burger, paid, left. Time to eat and didn't even get what I wanted. It was the wrong thing. And I wasn't going back there. I just will not go back to that location every again. I also will not recommend that location ever. If I could give a half a star I would. The drink was good.

First of all the customer service was great. they weren't to busy. the food was good and was fresh. it was a little wait but not too bad. overall i give it a 8/10 would recommend.

Went through the drive thur tonight and when we got home found out we were missing alot of our food. We had three bags of food and did a spot check shame on us next time I will not leave until it is fully checked. You would think you could at least get the order correct. Half hour away not driving back tonight.

I got 6 tacos and 3 egg rolls they were hot and fresh and the drive thru was fast ?Food: 5/5

Pretty good food and it was fast and we got the correct food. Nothing bad to say but wish the lobby was open.
