Did an online mobile order was disappointed by the coffee the donuts. Coffee didn’t have liquid cane (which is fine if y’all don’t have it, but it’s still offered per your store). Nobody wants to drink a cold coffee with sand in the bottom. Then, I ordered 50 munchkins with the EXCEPTION of jelly because of food allergies. 25/50 were jelly. I should have read the description and the reviews before I decided to go here. if they are not aware, that means going over her car in clarksville is a close visit in the dead door, so I took a great chance to go here with. I was greeted by a sign on the door that said: "drive only".

This was my third visit to this restaurant this week and unfortunately, it was disappointing and below par. I have decided not to return. The food was extremely dry, almost crunchy. Since it was only a drive-thru, the quality seems to be inconsistent. This establishment will not be my go-to for Dunkin' Donuts.
My second time decided to wait 1 and half a year before the visit again....and this time was not better. I ordered 1 dozen at the drive thru sorted. it is like 730 clock, and the donuts were ice cold. I don't know why they were so thin.
We decided to visit this dunkin on thanksgiving day since others were closed in town and boy oh boy we made the best decision! Its our new favorite DD now! These guys are FABULOUS! They really have truly exceptional service, drinks are all made correctly and ALL food is very fresh and delicious! All credit to their management team. Managers are so courteous and so are the employees!
