This is a great place to grab a coffee and a doughnut mid-afternoon when they aren't very busy. If there are only two or three cars in line, you're going to have a great experience. I wouldn't expect to get through the line very fast when it's full. I would also love to be able to go inside and eat but the lobby is still closed. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Came in today, ordered online. They hand me my coffee and there is a long hair coming out of my coffee. I kind of like start saying something they ask what’s wrong, I hand them the super long hair covered in whipped cream from out of my coffee they literally grabbed it and said “oops sorry. They have a sign to order at kiosk, which is in order, as always the kiosk does not work and the workers do not accept order in the theke and I refuse to wait 30 min in the running gear thru. the new management, not the renovation has helped this load at all. I was not in this special business in over a year, and I will not be back, it is still ridiculous and still faced the same problems
I go to this dunkin location quite regularly and this morning, I was ignored by all six employees for 10 minutes before walking out. Wasn't greeted or anything. A few of the employees made eye contact while they were goofing around, but they were in no way busy enough to have ignored a customer for that long. Absolutely unacceptable. This is the 2nd incident I've had at this store in 6 months. Something needs to be done with the management in this store.
Come on now.... its Dunkin!!! I'm a huge fan of their coffee and their sandwiches are usually always right on point. Lobby wasn't open which is a bummer but the drive-thru worked just fine. Pace was good and definitely made my morning alot better!!
Love of the Blueberry ice tea asked for an ovawht got the wrong sandfish, but the croissants were good
