Chipotle Mexican Grill - Clarksville

I ordered from the mobile app here and when I used my chicken burrito gunshot, they barely one-huh, it seemed as if they used the hunch from the bottom of the container because the hunch she gave me was only fat and burned pieces of huh. the brown rice was not boiled, it was hard and crispy. I highly recommend going to another chipotle, it is quite new, so it should be cooked thoroughly over the expectations of people and give good portions of meat and rice. the workers of this place must be better. we prefer to drive 20 minutes to wilma rudolphs chipotle and then drive to this convenient location. I recommend getting food elsewhere, the drive up was quite fast, but the quality is not worth the money they spend to eat here.

I usually love Chipotle! My main go to is 3 plain Carnitas Tacos, with my brown rice and beans in a bowl. They were trying to charge me $18.49 for that!!! I know we are in different times but that was highway robbery. I just had to leave it there. No way was I going to pay for that.

It is on the nicer side of town on madison. They don't give you any portions of anything rice, meat or anything else. **** poor service, long waits and bad attitude. But one on Kennedy lane is so much better!

I waited in the Chipotlane for over 30 mins. I don’t know if they are waiting to prepare orders at the window or what but the wait time for this chipotlane are ridiculous for something that’s suppose to be fast. You are better off going in to pick up in addition I told the young lady working the window today between 1-2 came to the window and said what’s up like she was not In customer service. So inappropriate, I’m not one of her friends I am a paying customer and I also told her that I hoped my food was hot since it could’ve potentially been sitting for 30 mins. The young lady said that’s unfortunate and went on about her business. I really had high hopes for this Chipotle location but so far they have not proven to be too in service nor speed of pick up window. The food portions are getting to small for the price you pay and to be treated poorly. Do better!
