I've never known for an omelette to have the toppings haphazardly shoved in the middle like a burrito wrap instead of actually cooking them into the eggs itself. Extremely dissatisfied.

There's a knife over there if you want to slice it Another bad experience occurred because they have no system for forming a line. A lady walked past 6 people and just started to order. I spoke up (because no one else would, although everyone was visibly annoyed). The staff said they just serve whoever is next. Really? REALLY?!?! We have gone here almost every week for 4+ years. We would have stopped going a long, long time ago if it wasn't for the first sentence I wrote. LITERALLY THE BEST BAGEL ANYWHERE. PLEASE MATCH SERVICE TO BAGELS!!!
