The staff seemed disinterested and served stale food. The pretzels were hard instead of soft, and the cheese didn't melt properly when heated.

The employees at this restaurant are disrespectful and seem to view customers as an inconvenience. The menu has been limited to basic flavors like plain or pepperoni pretzels, with the popular sour cream and onion option being removed. The plain pretzels were overly oily, requiring multiple napkins to soak up the excess oil. The taste was unpleasant and off-putting. Despite being loyal customers for many years, we have noticed a decline in quality and service. We are unlikely to return. See attached photo showing oil oozing out even after attempts to absorb it.

Employees were extremely rude they gave me old cheese when I asked for new cheese they refused to give it to me.

Everytime I eat here, the food tasted way Doey not done. I used to love going here, but this mistake is keeping me away.

Bro they don’t cook their pretzels at all, the food is obviously old, and they gave me expired cheese. I wish I had took photos to show how horrible it is. It’s like eating old wet uncooked dough with expired cheese.
