Contribute Feedback What Shantell Howard doesn't like about Chicken Shack:
I just order a 2 piece lunch special all white. It was horrible. It tasted like it was sitting up for a while. I should have known because I got it quicker then usually. It was my first and last time coming to this location. I don't understand why thefood was not fresh because one the store was not busy and two the employees was so busy talking loud gossiping View all feedback.

The tenders were cold, dry, and tough, making them inedible. I was extremely disappointed.
I always seem to be missing something from my order when I come to this restaurant, but the food is tasty.
The potato had none of the oil and seasonings. This is the third order thats been wrong.
Received the tiniest ribs, the tiniest chicken literally tiny chicken wings. Was supposed to receive 3 sides (paid extra) but only received one. Not the first time. Over charged for the Shack Potatoes . Charged me $12 instead $6 for one side.
