After poor service and meal at another Grill'd south of the river this experience was top notch.Nash the Manager provided 5 star customer service- and delivered the quality Grill'd food we are used to.Can't fault the place- even my son told 'the chef' he had made the best chicken burger he had ever tasted. We were seated at a socially distanced table, despite the restaurant being large and closer to the people behind us. However, the disappointment came with the sweet potato chips we ordered as a side for $4.90. There were only five chips in the serving, which felt like a rip-off. Had three sliders and they were great. Vintage and brie with chicken. Just the right amount, fresh and tasty.

As a delivery driver, I found the restaurant to be very disorganized. The front staff in the kitchen delayed all the Uber Eats orders, and none were sent out on time. We waited 10 to 15 minutes for a simple burger, which is completely unacceptable in the fast food industry, where I have previously worked.
