Sumner Grille - Clarksdale
Sumner Grille
Description
Navigating the culinary landscape can be a mixed bag, as illustrated by recent experiences at various eateries. While some patrons rave about fantastic lunches featuring excellent burgers and home-cooked meals filled with Southern charm and affordability, others lament long wait times and subpar service, even during quiet hours. Highlights include highly praised steaks and a welcoming atmosphere, though some diners felt let down by undercooked dishes and inattentive staff. Ultimately, while several diners cherish the delicious offerings and plan return visits, others remain disenchanted, citing service issues that overshadow even the tastiest meals.

I had a fantastic lunch at the restaurant. I ordered the sg burger and the service was excellent, even though there was a field trip that arrived after us. The atmosphere was a nice blend of old and modern.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at one of the best small town restaurants I have ever visited! Don't miss out on their delicious cheeseburger - it's definitely worth trying. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was awesome. We will definitely make a point to return whenever we are in the area. I've heard they also have great plate lunches, but it will be hard to resist ordering that incredible cheeseburger again! It was clearly made with love. Service was for dine-in and we had lunch, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person.
Great lunch ... home town soul cooking... lots of locals eat there every day...very good to visit if you passing through the area.. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
The restaurant is too expensive, the baked potato was undercooked, and the mushrooms were awful. The parking lot was empty during dinner time. The average price per person ranges from $30 to $50.
