If you want to eat somewhere where chicken is not cooked right and where staff is not properly trained this is the place. I do not recommend anyone to come to this location, either go to another Penn Station restaurant or go to Jersey Mikes next door. At least at Jersey Mike's there subs are cooked correctly! The food is delicious — absolutely incredible. The staff was very helpful in identifying allergens for me. James, in particular, made the the experiences thoroughly enjoyable and pleasant. 100% would recommend. View all feedback.
