There’s really nothing to complain about at this location.

I order 3 box meals all the same, (to make it easy) but received 3 different meals. Original instead of extra crispy as ordered all 3 meals, 1 mash potato inste... read more I order 3 box meals all the same, (to make it easy) but received 3 different meals. Original instead of extra crispy as ordered all 3 meals, 1 mash potato instead of 3, received 3 side gravies with maybe a teaspoon of gravy at best, received 1 biscuit instead of 3, received 2 dark meat instead of 3 all white meat. I paid extra (almost $40) for all white meat meals.No consistency, requires you to check every item before driving away (I didn't this time nor should it be required) The owner of this franchise (Bridgeport WV) has a serious quality issue.Not interested in going back. This is a shame KFC at one time was the number one fast food stop in the Clarksburg area.

No coleslaw . They are always leaving things out of orders. They have reduced sizes and quality. But have went up in prices. I feel they are ripping us off. Not like when they first opened.Kid-friendliness: Our chicken was burnt. Not fit to eat. If you see you fry to long. Dont serve it to customers. Do your job. Poor business.

Eventually, he rece... read more We walked in and waited for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging our presence. The man in front of us was patiently waiting for his food. Eventually, he received his chicken sandwich but was informed that his pot pie wasn't even started yet. He sat down with what he had while waiting, apparently with his wife. Meanwhile, we noticed three employees moving around slowly, and one even admitted to another that he was lagging that day, to which the other replied it was fine. After not being acknowledged at the register, we decided to turn around and leave. The older gentleman in front of us chuckled and shook his head, clearly aware of the poor service. By the way, we were only looking to order drinks to go and a beverage bucket, which would have been an easy sale.

What happened to the family size mashed... read more My first trip to KFC in years and definitely my last. The biscuits were hard, food was cold and the price is outrageous. What happened to the family size mashed potatoes and gravy with family meals ? I paid $3.49 for the smallest containers of mashed potatoes and Mac cheese. They were out of cold slaw completely. The best part of this meal was the cile slaw from Long John's. I won't go back there.
