Great donuts nice and fresh. I like this Dunkin donuts thr best in the Clark, Rahway area. They always have the donuts I like available, when other places usually run out. The only small issue I have is, I am never greeted when I come in the store. I usually have to let them know I'm ready to order, or I have to try to get someone's attention and they never really say hi. It doesn't bother me that much because I know... View all feedback.

My Dunkin ' Midnight HOT Coffee tasted colder than a winter in Maine. This place is the definition of hit or miss. It 's also an adventure every AM to see folks try and cut the Drive Thru line (which has more directions than an Ikea Furniture manual. View all feedback.
It's one thing to take 10 minutes to complete an order when there's only two cars in front of me at 6am in the morning, but it is a whole other level of poor customer service to get to the front of the line and have the order be wrong. I can understand moving slowly to be careful and accurate, but being slow and still incompetent is not acceptable. Also my order was 1 item; not a long list of items prone to error.

I could be that I went around closing time but I'm not sure if the employees just didn't care at that point or they wanted to get my order completely wrong.
On the ball all the time. Quick, efficient, and correct.
