New Kentucky Bourbon Cheesesteak was pretty good! Thought it was gonna be the same thing just more expensive, as pero usual. But no it actually surprised me. I ordered the ultimate fries only to find a black hair in my food back in February. When I addressed the issue to the Supervisor Anita, she did not take responsibility and issue me an apology. I did get a remake of ultimate fries, but my experience altogether did not meet my expectations. I love Charley's but I expected better customer service. Try again.
I tried to eat there last night but when I was totally ignored. The supervisor, Anita, was cleaning a fryer and completely ignored my attempts to get her attention. I love Charleys but this is the worst customer service experience I've ever had IN MY LIFE.
I ordered food from here it was good as always but I took a bite then nearly broke a tooth on something hard. It was good except nearly breaking teeth
