This resto nailed it, both are delicious and very tasty. The claypot rice with assorted meat was good too, put a little chili sauce to enhance the flavor. Price is a bit at the high side, but if want authentic Chinese food, and you're just in the area (Clark), please visit Xi at the Hilton Hotel. They also offer Dimsum Buffet, weekdays only from Tuesdays to Thursdays. Table service was very good too, please look for Ralph, Enjoy!!!

I ordered the Hot Pot Grouper, and while it looked appealing, that was where the positives ended. The fish was filled with bones and the spine, which made it difficult to enjoy. The sauce was overly sweet and thick, lacking any real flavor. I made an effort to like the dish, but after just three bites, I had to give up. I explained my dissatisfaction, but they still attempted to charge me full price. I can't comment on their other dishes, but I definitely recommend steering clear of the grouper—it simply doesn't taste good.
