I wish I could give zero stars. In the last 3 years, our order has never been correct. We have had to take back multiple items for having an allergen on them that we specifically asked them to leave off… and then the replacement still has the allergen on it? View all feedback.
Don't go through the drive through at night. They let an entire line of cars sit and wait in the drive through line till they closed. I happened to be towards the front and when I got to the speaker. I sat for 10—15 min waiting just for some kid to come on and say they are closed and have been closed for a long time. I asked when they closed, he said 1150 and it was 1205. I had been sitting in front of the speaker for 10—15 min and not to mention the 30 min in the line. Completely ridiculous how … – show
Dinner was great, along with the new strawberry frostie.
Sat in line in drive thru for 20 minutes, when I got to the speaker I sat there for 10 minutes before being greeted, and when I finally got my food, the burger was cold.
The Summer Strawberry Salad was so good I went back and got it again the next day. Unfortunately the staff attitude was abysmal. No smiles. No kindness. Just people who seem like they hate their job and their life. I tried to smile and say thank you a lot and it was fruitless. If there had been somewhere else for me to go and get that salad, I would have.
