The service today was great! I had to wait a little longer before I ordered but the wait was worth it. Today the food tasted fresh, the restaurant looked awesome from the window view and the employees were well prepped and clean. My $5 biggie bags were all separated like they should have and the ladies at the window were awesome! If not mistaken, the manager was there helping and the one who bagged my food… THANK YOU... What Gene J doesn't like about Wendy's:
Placed a delivery order, said est time was 21 mins. Received food about 1.5 hrs later. Missing multiple items, food ice cold and nasty brown apples that smell rotten in kids meal. View all feedback.
Cashier was very rude from the beginning. You could tell she hated her job and just didn't want to be there.
Moonville location is the best. Great service, super nice employees, and food is always delicious
I disagree with the person who said pretty nice drive thru. The people always have an attitude and never get my oder right food use to be fresh but not anymore
Good food reasonable prices. Eat here at least once a week
