The Lost Cajun - Clarendon County

We visit frequently and recently brought an out of town family member. She, too, enjoyed the food and service. Miah is our favorite server!

I ordered the lobster bisque and 3 pieces of catfish to go. It was very expensive. The catfish was too salty to eat. I use to love the catfish here. I may have to give them another try.

What Rich, the head cook at the LOST CAJUN told me about the food is this — “Cajun and Creole food is not necessarily spicy, but it is very FLAVORFUL. Their sampler platter was indeed VERY TASTY, and not spicy at all. I had the Jambalaya appetizer, Blackened Shrimp and Creamy Grits, Redfish Fillet in their Benville Voodoo sauce, and for dessert, their Beignets. Met friends for dinner and was super impressed. The variety of food was great. We all chose different dishes and enjoyed them all. The seasonings were superb. I've never had fried okra that I didn't need dip for, but it was completely unnecessary. We will definitely return!

I ordered about 10 items off the menu, and when I tell you all of them were! The server was very helpful and provide superiorsl service. I would recommend this restaurant to family and friends as a must try!
