Why? Vinyl table coverings. Why? Scallops and portobello app, just ok. My wife had salmon special which she said was good and cooked as requested. My prime rib was overcooked but still had decent flavor. It is difficult to understand how prime rib can be overdone. I do find it somewhat comical that to bring drinks to the table, they use these carts on wheels. Just noisy and foolish.
