Hostess doesn't smile. Why? Vinyl table coverings. Why? Scallops and portobello app, just ok. My wife had salmon special which she said was good and cooked as requested. My prime rib was overcooked but still had decent flavor. It is difficult to understand how prime rib can be overdone. What a delightful and iconic restaurant that has survived the tests of time. The food was delish, service delightful, and ambiance perfect.
I have been multiple times and every time the sides or steaks are cold. The food is good if served hot, but not worth it IMO.
Very good service, the food was good, a little pricey. We had 4 adults and one 11 month old at 5:00 when they had just opened with no reservation, it was not on a game day. If you really want to eat here make a reservation 2 weeks in advance. They put us at a table that was not reserved until 8 and did not make us feel rushed. The lobster bisk was very good. Wow I loved this restaurant!! It was very comfortable, the service was wonderful (Shouts Out to Chasity she was amazing) outstanding food!! I mean everything was FANTASTIC!! Going back next week! ️ ️ I had a Peach Bellini, my appetizer was a steak, mushroom with red peppers combo Outstanding! And For dinner I had the shrimp,lobster with portobello mushroom pasta Fandamntastic!!!! Picture below
