Panera Bread - Clarendon County

Just paid over $40 for two sandwiches, a bowl of soup and a bowl of COLD macaroni n cheese. When I took the Mac up to let them know it was cold and I wanted it warmed or another bowl, she pointed to a microwave out by the coffee and told me I could heat it up myself.. I literally laughed! I couldn’t believe it. The fact they have a microwave sitting out publicly is not a good sign! Majority of tables were dirty and the floors were covered in debris. SUCH a disappointing experience. I like this place as a fast food alternative. The drive thru and inside pick up is quick, they have a good selection of different stuff for people with different dietary needs. It's always clean and staff is friendly.

So disappointed. Lettuce in the salads was black/old/wilted. Tomatoes on my sandwich were white/green, not at all ripe. Such poor quality food.

What hearts the management and employees at Panera have!! Some weekends, I work security at the two Tanger Outlets. There had been a 3-car accident in the parking lot between Panera and Saks Fifth Avenue. One of the cars hit belonged to a sweet, elderly couple, but the wife was badly shaken on top of being nearly blind.
