The food is just ok. The restaurant was dirty and the staff wasn't very friendly or helpful
It is currently 7:19 p.m… I went into order soup in a bread bowl and I was told by the attendant that they were out of bread bowls for the day.. as she was saying this, another worker from the kitchen rolled out an entire rack of sourdough bread bowls freshly made, I tried to play it off as a joke and I said what do you mean you're out?! They are all right there.. she blank have told me “those are for tomorrow”… You're joking right?! You have freshly made product right in front of the … – show
This is the worst Panera Bread that I've had the displeasure of visiting. The 2 ladies in the kitchen were so rude. No eye contact, no good morning. Customer service is ZERO!!! Never again!!!
