We go here all the time and have always had good experiences except for 1 time. What tells the most about a place is how they handle any issues that arise- the owner was quick to resolve the issue and handled the concern very respectfully and professionally! View all feedback. The other cookie place was closed so we decided to take a Sunday drive to try the cookies here. It was awful. The cookies seemed to be reheated. They were hard. I did not request a refund because I always feel guilty doing so but I should have. The staff was very polite and informative. If I could give a zero I would. Please save your money. If you like several days old cookies give them a try. View all feedback.
