Great little marketplace restaurant. I've had several very delicious breakfasts here. It did take a little while to be seated last time as they seemed short staffed like most restaurants these days, however it was well worth the wait. View all feedback.
What Mike S doesn't like about Lowcountry Produce Market Cafe:
Had brunch here today. Like many restaurants they were understaffed and the two servers they had were doing multiple jobs. The food was okay but not nearly as good as the nearby Harbour Town Bakery and Cafe View all feedback.
Best donuts on the island. Always friendly. Cool stuff to check out and purchase while you wait. A true gem for Sea Pines!
LPM is a great choice for that large latte with an incredible breakfast. Traveler’s breakfast for me, french toast for my wife. Shop around for chow chow, gispacho or other snacks for the afternoon. Closes at 2:30. all within the Sea Pines gate so ride your bike if that suits you

Chicken Sandwich was absolutely unbelievable. Highly recommend
This restaurant is very eclectic and laid back in a cozy shopping center. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The food is excellent along with the wait service. We shared a smoked salmon omlette which came with fried potatoes and a generous biscuit. We loved it so much, we came back for the same breakfast.
