Jersey Mike's Subs - Feedback

What Jess A doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
Ordered 2 subs on the app. It said they would be ready in 30 minutes (seems a bit long for 3:30 in the afternoon but okay). I arrived 10 minutes after the time I was quoted which was 40 minutes and my subs were not ready. No one in line, 2 people also waiting on orders and 4 employees. The lady that took my order was very friendly and helpful! I hadn't been in a Jersey Mike's in years, and asked her questions about the menu items. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The cashier was a little slow, and service was a little slow considering there were at least four employees working, and I was the only customer. Other than that, it was a great experience and definitely will be going back! View all feedback.
