What Shaye C doesn't like about Groucho's Deli:
Ordered a few weeks ago. They forgot my pasta salad substitution I paid extra for. I was promised if I ordered again, they would put that in the next order as well as an extra one. Ordered again this evening, no pasta salad as promised, AND they forgot my drinks I ordered for THIS order. They owe me money for pasta salad sub, a medium drink, and a large drink. Incredibly slow some days. 30+ mins to get a microwaved sandwich
