Went here tonight for the first time and grabbed dinner to go. Everything was delicious. Got the teritaki chicken, steak, shrimp with rice and a spring roll. Guy at the front was really nice. 100% recommend. View all feedback.
What Karen m doesn't like about Fu Of Kyoto:
Its not a fancy place but the food is good and the prices are reasonable…since the address is not big and visible from the street..Use the walmart shopping center across the street as your marker and it's next door to the mieneke tires....I would recommend this place for tasty habachi steakhouse.. Pricing is good, but the food quality is pretty standard by Japanese take out caparison. First time order and they missed one item completely and gave standard miso instead of the seaweed soup I ordered. Vegetables could be cut smaller. Overall decent but not worth a drive out of the way (or down Wade Hampton)
The waiter was very nice very good food. Will go again.
I hate to do bad reviews, however there were lots of mixed reviews here. Our personal experience was a very unclean restaurant with dingy carpets. We purchased 6 sushi rolls that were tiny, bland tasting and on the warmer side than normal. Unfortunately couldn’t finish any of them. Not the worst we’ve had, but wouldn’t purchase again. Even our appetizer of edamame was all dried out and rubbery. Server was very nice though!!
This unassuming restaurant surprised me. We went on a Thursday and there weren’t many people there. We ordered the Hawaiian Roll and the tuna roll with hot sauce added. Both rolls were delicious and well made. We will be back to try more of the sushi they offer.
Good was good, but man, oh man, this place needs to be cleaned. The floors are all sticky. The tables are clean, though. Probably better for takeout than dine in. Perfect place for a quick lunch, though!
