What Holly M doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
They came to Plastic Omnium on Wednesday nite. The cook was very pleasant he had to turn around and talk to me bc the cashier didnt say a word to me like i wasnt even there. So the cook took my order n gave me my order all the cashier did was run my card. She didnt ever say one word to me. I havent ever experienced service this poorly from Chic-fil-a View all feedback. The employees are unfailingly polite and know the menu. Excellent customer service. The food is excellent, served promptly and at an appropriate temperature. The only item on the menu that is of poor quality is the “ice cream”. View all feedback.
