What Kat N likes about Chick-fil-a:
always great food with focus on healthy choices. always a long line. buy they are very organized with people taking orders outside in drive thru at least 2 people. it works pretty good unless you have one of the order takers a young man, who wants to chat with each car load of people. most people just want to get there food and go. but sitting and waiting for conversations to finish with each car in line, isn't a des... The worse chic fil a restaurant I've ever visited. Dine in, we we're missing food, and ask for sauces, cashier name register 4 Adriana (but it was ayoung man that rang our order) miss up the whole order. We didn't get our chicken wrap, wrong size soup. Not a single sauce we ask for. Drinks was 3/4 full. Lids we're not put on properly so when we grab our drinks the lids pop open.
