I’ve been searching for good Thai food in Charleston for awhile and several people recommended Basil. Today I finally caved and agreed to pay 20+ bucks per entree to finally snag some great Thai food… Was not worth it. Actually really good Thai for a chain. Well balanced flavors and great views. Highly recommended
We picked up from Basil while staying in Isle of Palms. The food was delicious though not as spicy as I like my Thai food (but my in-laws were happy with the spice level, so that was really all that mattered). Like the saying goes- Happy in-laws, happy vacation! So if you like heat- ask them to dial it up. Always a favorite and never disappoints! I would order from Basil almost on a weekly basis when I lived in town. So much flavor!
