here for lunch. it is located in the shopping center eastland. children loved their drinks. I posted photos. service and eating were good. but these drinks with sunflower size were impressive. one was that the tables need good cleanliness because they were sticky. View all feedback.
What Zelma Leffler doesn't like about Chikko's Rolls:
Big score from me! I can be a hard audience but this one gets the because it looks cheap cheerful, but, but, but the chicken satay noodles were lovely. Surprisingly cooked to order, perfectly spiced and lots of crunchy veg, a dish it's a bargain. Heaps of dining space and a junky milkshake collection that's crazy. Cheesecake milkshake as an example and I'm waiting to be roped in by mini me to drink the sugar explosio... View all feedback.
Light and airy and the food was tasty and well cooked. Unfortunately the lady serving had no personality and the service for our meals was slow, with wife's salt and pepper calimari coming out 5 minutes before my sweet and sour chicken combo.Prices ok and iced drinks looked amazing. Shame, because I didn't mind the decor and plenty of choices on the menu.
This is an iced drink wonderland with some great prices meals as well. My kids consider it a major treat to visit and will behave so that they can earn the chance to have a Chikko iced drink treat! I also noticed that there were specials for kids meals on certain days of the week.
The drinks here are amazing and well worth the price. The Vietnamese Sweet Chicken noodles was very nice but quite filling. You get your money's worth.
Paid $5 for 5 tiny wontons that were way overcooked. The service was slow, despite the place being nearly empty, and we had to ask to receive the juice that was meant to be part of the 'meal'. I won't be back.
If you are looking for a good Vietnamese pho look elsewhere. The view of the place looks great, open space, nice interior, friendly staff. We ordered two phos (beef noodle soup) hoping that it would be nice. Unfortunately was disappointed, I've been to so many Vietnamese restaurants and by far this is one of the worst places that has had Vietnamese food that I've been, not to be harsh but there are many other places that do more authentic phos. Even the sauces, simple hoisin and siricha (red chilli sauce) that should be the main sauces to go with your pho tasted wrong. I WOULD NOT recommend to have the pho here. Other than that, I have not given anything else a try so possibly the other food would be better.
