Stopped here on the spur of the moment on the way home from Lobethal. We both really enjoyed the hot chocolate (one dark one milk), husbands was not very hot though, but mine was perfect. We also shared a lemon meringue pie, the meringue was...ridiculously sugary and quite gritty in texture, totally overpowered any lemon taste. So this was a bit disappointing. We took my wife to Bracegirdles for a birthday afternoon tea and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our 4 year old granddaughter was fascinated and loved the chocolate drink. And the adults had fun too, checking out several of the items on the menu. View all feedback.
