Great steak, great surroundings and great people to chat with at the bar, including the owner. He was super hospitable and cared for me. The 10iz filet was great! What User doesn't like about Kennedy's Cove:
Have been Kennedys in about two years and earlier to go a few times a year, have always praised their food... last night and was very disappointed. Had prime and black tuna... Prime was good... tuna good 1. 2 slices were done....had seafood bisque and French onion soups. ...French onion was good... seafood lubricated as if it were a cup of flower. I have visited this restaurant several times, and both the food and service have been outstanding.
I had the pleasure of dining here last night and it was a great experience. Even though we had a larger group, the staff was attentive, respectful, and truly wonderful. The food was excellent, and we had no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to host a small holiday gathering in the future.
The restaurant is overpriced, the dining area is crowded, it's quite loud, and there’s no sense of privacy at all.
Apple crisp was not good. Not enough lobster in the special with Mac n cheese. Drinks were great
We loved the blackened steaks. Went for the weeknight deal prime rib for 2 that came with wine. The potatoes are the biggest we 've ever seen. My husband had the side of fries which were hand cut potatoes into the large steak fries, and they are so delightfully extra crispy. We ordered the chocolate ganache cake, it was superb. Seating was limited, but we got a table right away.
