I visited Chili's for the first time in over 20 years, and the changes are striking. The portion sizes are significantly smaller, and the prices have tripled. I ordered two burgers, and with the tip, the total came to $35. The meals included only a tiny portion of fries. It's becoming increasingly difficult to find restaurants that offer reasonable prices. My recent experience at Chili's on Transit Rd was unfortunately quite disappointing, and I must say it will likely be my first and last visit to that location.
The ambiance was typical for a chain restaurant, and I have no issues with the service—it was good. However, the menu was quite limited, with pictures occupying about half of the page.
They wanted to see if they were open, but arriving there and the parking lot was not ploughed. we had a bigger group. we would split up to make it easier. After three groups that came after us, I had to stop. the personal looked at first briefly and then took up at 7 which seemed strange and late at this point. there was another storm. but if they don't have a personal and don't have a parking space, they won't open.
Ordered delivery/delivery with chili’s website. eating was wrong. I called for a manager right away. I said they were all too busy and were put into operation for a long time. I called the woman from the phone while I was still waiting, and the same was said. I said our food is wrong. they said manager are busy and call back at an hour. absolutely unacceptable. do they call back in an hour?
