I recently ordered delivery from this restaurant, and every time I ask for them to come to the driveway with the brown gates, they always end up going to the neighbor's house instead. I visited this restaurant four days ago and ordered two chocolate milkshakes and two strawberry milkshakes. I received them without any issues. However, the next evening when I tried to order the same drinks, I was told that the machine was broken. Despite this inconvenience, at other Supermac's locations I have visited, I have always been able to order the same drinks without any problem. I cannot drink fizzy drinks, which is why I prefer milkshakes. I hope that in the future when I visit Supermac's again, I will be able to enjoy their milkshakes. I am not one to complain, but I felt it was important to share my experience so that others who enjoy milkshakes can have a better understanding. Thank you.
