S... read more My wife started with the Pla Koong, which was Tiger Prawns in a chili paste with lemongrass and cucumber, served with a side of tomato and spring onion salad. She found it to be very flavorful. I opted for the Tom Kha, a spicy coconut soup with lemongrass and Thai herbs, with prawns. For our main dishes, my wife chose a spicy chicken with basil, while I went for the sizzling noodle stir-fry with chicken in a spicy sauce with peppers and onion. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Thai cuisine at Chapman's in Donegal. This hidden gem has now been discovered.

We ordered Tom Yum Goong, Noodles with Prawns, and Spicy Chicken with Basil. While the dishes were a bit spicier than I prefer, it was a nice change from the usual fare.
