While our waitress improved by the end of our meal, the hostess and another server were rather unwelcoming, and their actions were disappointing. It felt like we were inconveniencing them. Our bill was on the higher side; we ordered two appetizers and drinks—not just water—so we weren’t just after a budget meal. I would contemplate dining here again for the food, but I might choose takeout next time.

The atmosphere was fantastic. Although we had to wait a bit for our server and there was a mix-up with our order at first, they quickly resolved it, and overall we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it for those who love rich BBQ flavors. The kids also appreciated the plastic to-go cups. It would make an excellent party platter for game day!

The waitress improved towards the end and was decent, but the hostess and other staff members were quite unfriendly and unapproachable, making us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Our bill was fairly high; we ordered two appetizers and drinks for everyone, so we weren't just sticking to budget options. I would definitely consider getting the food again, but only for takeout or something similar.

Unfortunately, the food was not good at all this time, and they have really cut back on napkins and are now stingy with the pickles. We left feeling quite disappointed. Given my husband's feelings, it might be a very long time before we come back—if we ever do. This used to be the BEST Rib Crib location we've ever been to! The food was always great, and the staff was always nice!
