Papa Johns Pizza - Claremore

From out of town, in visiting and placed an online order for pickup. No issues other than they couldn't find our order, however it was where it was supposed to be, he just over looked it. Panicked for a second since we got the notification it was done.Pizza was good, no issues. We ordered three. Prices were better than our local pizza places where we live. We were happy and if we're back that way, we'd order again.

Food is usually ok and some of the workers are friendly. We stopped eating here after having a pizza that wasn't correct, and being told they would write it down for next time we ordered. Unfortunately it wasn't written down and acted like I was lying, was told it would be looked into and we would get a call back. No one ever called, so someone else can have our regular business.

Spent a lot of money to have our order completely wrong. Ordered stuff crust with white sauce spinach and onions. Received red sauce, and very minimal spinach , no onions. Ordered the 501 hatch with pepperoni. Received a cheese pizza and we found one pepperoni. The bread sticks were great as usual. For the money and what you get lately, you are better off going to Little Ceasars or dominoes. Papa John's used to be great....not getting my money anymore.

This pizza was supposed to be well done and it was doughy in the middle and just not great. I threw it away because I didn't want to bake it when I got home. I'm not sure what went wrong. Also, I took a bite and it was very bland.

The first time I ordered from this location they sent me a pizza with the wrong sauce. I physically can’t eat tomato sauce. The second time they got the sauce right but they didn’t cut the pizza. I don’t know who they have working here but they need to sober
