Is every fas... read more I waited in line for nearly an hour, only to be informed that there would be an additional 30 to 35 minute wait for the bucket of chicken I wanted. Is every fast food place in town going downhill? It feels like nobody cares anymore.

When I got back to the motel, I noticed there were... read more I ordered a takeout meal, but they didn't have enough extra crispy chicken and substituted original instead. When I got back to the motel, I noticed there were no spoons or napkins in the bag, which is something most places include. I'm disappointed with the service I received and hope this issue can be addressed in the future.

On my most recent visit tod... read more I gave this restaurant four chances, but each time there was an excuse for the poor service and the unacceptable cleanliness issues. On my most recent visit today, the lobby was dirty, and the cook arrived late, which meant I would have to wait 17 minutes for any chicken. Really? At 5 PM on a Friday? I will never return to this place again!
