Definitely the best Mexican restaurant I have been to. All of the food you get here is amazing.. from the chips and salsa to I’m sure any entree you try. I got the tamale platter and for only $10 it’s a steal! It was sooo delicious and I would highly recommend this place. The decor is also super bright and inviting. This place has great vibes and amazing service. 10/10 View all feedback.

Our waitress only checked on us once we literally had to get her attention just to get a refill and the check I wanted corn tortillas to go with the food that I ordered and she never came back to check on us about how the food was tasting or if we needed anything else, and honestly the food was a little dry. It could have used more of whatever sauce they put on it. 1/5. View all feedback.

Our first time here! The food and service was great. I had the shrimp cocktail and my mom had the chicken fajitas! So delicious!
There is no better Mexican food around. We've tried them all. Their red sauce is amazing! Try it for yourself.
A good, solid OkieMex restaurant. On our previous visit, we were very pleased with the food and service. I had the Chilis Poblano; large peppers filled with chicken and covered with cheese. A huge meal, with enough left over for tomorrow. I didn’t check to see if they were still on the menu, but if they are I recommend them. We are back. Today we selected from the lunch menu. The El Maguey menu has many combinations; still offered at bargain prices. We had two #1 lunch specials (a chili relleno, beef taco and beans) and two sodas. It all came in at pennies under $20 (without a tip) Filling plates of delicious Mexican food. El Maguey is still one of the best Mexican restaurants in Claremore. Thank you all so much for treating my mom so well after Mother's Day! I'm sorry for not remembering the waiter's name (I want to guess Juan, but I'm not 100% sure)! But that made her entire week and my sister and I who were also there really appreciated our mom getting a ROSE and a FREE DESSERT. If that hadn't already won us over, our waiter was incredibly attentive and kind! From the chips and salsa, to our main entrees, to the dessert I may have snuck a bite off, everything tasted incredible!
