Had the sous vide fried chicken on Polnta for dinner. Great court. To accompany a beautiful broth and delicate greens, no engraving as hard as a traditional South style roasted chicken. A beautiful modern take that is not pretentious. Sous vide means that the chicken is perfectly cooked, not gumy, also not dry between dark and white. I forgot to take a picture because I was too busy swallowing it. Will order it again... View all feedback.
