Hardee’s - Claremont

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich. It’s supposed to come with garlic pickles and mayonnaise. My chicken sandwich had a bun and chicken. Nothing else on it. I didn’t ask for it to be plain. I just ordered an 10 with fries and a Coke. Apparently at this location, you have to tell them if you want the stuff that comes on it on it. Very frustrating because I was looking forward to the sandwich being good but now it’s just plain

Food that was great I had a hamburger in my fiance had a had that ham and cheese she said it was great also we will eat there again this restaurant is in

The food was good after about a half hour trying to get the girl to get my order right. She kept telling to cook the opposite of what I wanted. Even the customer next to me was trying to correct her. Lettuce tomatoes pickles cheese only is what I wanted. She kept saying he was no tomatoes only mustard and ketchup and no pickles. Chili dog with only chili. I got a hot dog with everything but chili. The girl was totally out of it. Finally one of her co workers stepped in and got my order correct. It will be awhile before I go back.

Food is always good and they r very nice and converse with each customer.

They have a rude lady working at the drive through window she doesn’t understand anything and gets frustrated with customer
