Waiting is usually fast, also with a full line/drive that is very nice! The coffee is always good; never tastes like the pot was not cleaned or burned as it was on a warmer forever. The wait is typically quick, even when there's a long line at the drive-thru, which is great! The coffee is consistently good and never tastes stale or burnt, as if it's been sitting on the warmer for too long. However, they often run out of the chocolate glazed donuts and bagels that I like, which is a bit disappointing. When they do have them, though, they assure you they're fresh. My main frustration is that they never ask if I want sourdough for my breakfast sandwich when I order.
I am always pleased with the service from the gentleman at the window. It's refreshing to see someone who truly loves what they do.
I always order the same somewhat complicated dish, and this place gets it right about 8 out of 10 times!
