a party of 13 was thrown away because they were not willing to sit down, as we had not made any booking. I get it though a party of 13 as a walk is a little annoying, but not willing to move some tables together or sit us apart was abit strange. I hope that this is not due to the fact that an essential part of our party has not spoken English. View all feedback.
I went to Mr. Mick for lunch, and although it was a bit crowded, we were fortunate to get a table without a reservation. We ordered the pork, lamb, patatas, and churros. I really appreciate the fusion of flavors in the food here. The pork belly was prepared in a way that reflects Chinese influences and was served with plum sauce. I absolutely loved the patatas. The menu is excellent, featuring great suggestions for wine pairings.
This is a lovely and calming spot! The wines are outstanding and reasonably priced, and the staff is incredibly friendly. It's definitely one of the best wineries in Clare Valley!
We had a delightful wine tasting experience. The venue was charming, and the staff were very friendly.
We had a brilliant meal here! The food was all delicious (we had 8 dishes including dessert , the wines were easy drinking and I liked more than I usually do which meant we bought some to take away. Lauren and James were very attentive and lovely great staff! The setting was relaxed and the night overall really good : I would definitely come back and recommend to others!
Best dining experience I 've had. We have several severe food allergies in our family, but Mr Mick 's told us 'not a problem, we can certainly accommodate. ' Online bookings are easy, we phoned to discuss the menu and they were very friendly helpful. Beautiful grounds; a warm, sincere welcome. Customer service is superb, but the food... OMG. Sublime. We had the Chef 's Selection (6 courses) and it begins with Delicious. Each course more sensational, more pleasurable and stimulating to the palate, culminating in an absolutely sinfully dessert. We will certainly come again. And again.
