Contribute Feedback What Barry Ross doesn't like about Donner's Crossroads Take-out Pizza:
I recently had the worst on-the-road lunch in a long time at this restaurant. The buffet was extremely disappointing - the pizza was cold, the soup had uncooked rice, the cottage cheese was nasty, and the dessert pizza had uncooked dough. View all feedback.
I stopped in to Donner’s Crossroads for a meal and was beyond surprised at the quality of food and service. My Champs Chicken 6 piece shrimp meal was ridiculously delicious. Service from Viacheslav was great, I wasn’t expecting to eat a sit down meal in a gas station but it blew my mind. Well done Donner’s Crossroads and Holiday Stationstores for a great experience!!
I have traveled all over the country for decades and I always try and spend my money at local mom and pop diners. I have never seen lack of service as bad as this place. If I could I would give them zero stars..After driving 6 hours I just wanted a nice sit down meal. However, if you are not a local it seems you will not get service. Stood for 5 minutes then took a table where I sat for 5 minutes. I watched servers help other customers, walk right past me, snear at me and keep walking.I will never spend money at this location.I would highly suggest that non locals stay far away. If they dont want to serve out of towners I will help them facilitate their own demise.
The pizza was delicious but unfortunately there was a strong odor. I ordered the chicken and mushroom toppings.
If you are planning to close the restaurant because of the crisis, please update the hours on Google. It is disappointing to arrive and find that you are closed when Google shows that you are open.
The pizza was delicious, but unfortunately it upset my stomach. I ordered the chicken and mushroom.
