Had a wonderful roast, and the sticky toffee pudding was one of the best I’ve had. Don’t be in a rush though, its an easy sunday kind of place to enjoy. The back garden is super cute when the sun is out too. View all feedback.
What Ailish Z dislikes about The Bobbin:
Lamb roast wasn't good. Minimal sides and the lamb was very fatty. It wasn't that busy but no one came to check to see if the food was ok. It was pretty miserable beside my friends beef roast with all the trimmings. All the inedible fatty lamb was left on the plate and still no one asked whether it was ok. Poor show for 26£ or thereabouts. View all feedback.
We walked in and was greeted nicelyAfter a long flight from LA - it was a delight to be in this beautiful pub.
As evident in some of the photos on here - the chips are absolutely amazing! I went for the salmon fishcakes which were a good size, three tennis ball size
I've been in here for a few dinners and a few rounds of drinks, and it's definitely a hidden gem.
I love this pub. All the pubs in this chain are really high quality but this is my absolute favourite. The food is of a consistently excellent standard and the host Nigel is always friendly. The outside area is really nicely done and they were quick to get the hood up when it started raining so we didn't have to pack up our camp and go inside. They are exceptionally accommodating, especially given we always have a massive pram with us, and they are lovely with the kids. One of the best pubs in Clapham for sure, and one of my favourite in London. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
Amazing local pub with a cool vibe. We had a great night with fantastic food and Miguel couldn't do enough to ensure that everyone was happy at our table. It is, by far, my favorite pub in Clapham. We now make a point of getting together once a month for dinner and have yet to be disappointed. Thank you Miguel for all your attention to detail.
