Food is usually pretty good. Service is hit or miss in regards to friendliness. I don't recommend the Beyond Nuggets the breading is weird. I'd come back though. ?
STAY AWAY!!!!! This KFC is horrible. The employees will down right argue with you. Let me first say that my husband and I love eating KFC food. We drove 45 mins to this store because it is the closest to our house. We really wanted KFC chicken. We went thru the drive thru and attempted to order the 8 piece family meal. We asked if we could have all thighs. I realize that this is a special request HOWEVER we have made this request at this location several times before at received it with no issues. The girl at the drive thru shot off with a major attitude. Then she said that no one at the store would EVER give all thighs. And then when we told her again that we’ve ordered it there before she down right argued with us and said no they did not give us all thighs. I just couldn’t get over how she just kept talking over us and arguing with us to tell us we were wrong. You know if she just didn’t want to cook the chicken fine but don’t argue with me when I know what I ordered before. But that’s ok. I called another KFC granted it was 20 more mins away from our house. (1 hour away from home). I asked if I could order all thighs. They said sure no problem at all. And when I got there and got my chicken I tipped the girl $25.00. Miss Drive Thru girl at the Clanton store should have been nicer and dropped her attitude.
I love eating at KFC. It's just hard to find one or way to far to drive to one. But you know what? When you want a KFC original recipe drum ? the craving won't go away till you get one.
