There's at least 10 people curr... read more At one point in time this Jack's was the happening place but now I've been waiting at the cash register to order for 15 minutes. There's at least 10 people currently working at Jack's yet no-one will take any orders for the dining room. 3 workers in dark grey polo shirts are sitting in the little office. Literally every single table looks dirty also.

My husband and I each use 3 cups because the c... read more We just went through the drive-thru and ordered 6 cups of ranch dressing, as we always do at any Jack's location. My husband and I each use 3 cups because the cups are never full, which means we're technically ordering 2 cups per meal. However, when we reached the window, we were informed that we were only allowed one ranch cup each, meaning we only had 2 cups in total to share. We asked if we could purchase more ranch, but the staff told us they don’t charge for it, so we couldn’t buy extra. It’s absurd that they wouldn’t allow more than one ranch cup per meal, especially since we always order the same thing. It feels like someone is making up rules. Due to the staff's attitudes, we won’t be returning to this location. I’m editing this now because my dad just stopped by an hour later and ordered only bacon ranch fries, and they gave him 5 cups of ranch. So why did they tell us we could only have one each?
