Whoever was working the speaker box today was quite unpleasant, sighing when she took our order. Seriously? We're all neighbors in this wonderful world. Additionally, they didn't provide plastic utensils or napkins for the mashed potatoes, but it's alright—I brought my travel spork!
If you're not there for breakfast, I wouldn't recommend it. The service is slow, and they often run out of food. It might be best to start your conversation with, "What do you actually have?"
Best decision to stop at Jacks. The restaurant was very clean. The staff were friendly and fast service. The chicken strip dinner was more than enough to fill your tummy and was delicious.
Outstanding biscuits! The chicken strips are quite tasty thanks to their light breading. However, I would recommend avoiding the hamburgers and fries. The mashed potatoes and green beans seem to be from a box or a can, but they are still edible. The interior of this location is surprisingly nice for a fast food restaurant, and the staff is friendly and pleasant.
If you want to go here anytime at night the food will be average. they put everything up for the night so you cant get the things you want over an hour before closing. usually food is good during the day but at night they just don 't care.

I always enjoy waiting for Jack when I'm in the neighborhood. The food is consistently hot and fresh.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The customer service was the best I've encountered in a long while. The food was fresh and clearly made from scratch. The staff were excellent, and I believe they deserve recognition for their hard work.
That was a good chicken sandwich and the comeback sauce was on the spot!
We have breakfast at Jackets almost every day, and it’s definitely our favorite spot. The food is always served hot, and we absolutely love the bacon!
