When we encountered an issue with our meal, Sherree promptly resolved it. As we sat waiting for our food, it was clear that she is the one who truly manages this place. She was also incredibly attentive and kind to all the other customers, ensuring everyone was well taken care of. Don’t let her go; she’s a gem!

I want to commend both the staff and the franchise for providing an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived until we left, the service was incredibly professional. Everything we ordered was fantastic, and I would rate the food and cleanliness as a solid 99 out of 100! Thank you once again for such a wonderful visit.

Us plus 4 other cars waited 30 minutes on our order and everyone’s was swapped up and messed up by the time they finally gave food out. Drinks watered down and pointless by the time you get food. Inside of the restaurant was also filled with upset customers.

Among my ord... read more I order from Captain Ds often in Clanton, AL. Tonight I ordered online for the first time, because they do not take your order by phone any longer. Among my order were two fish and shrimp dinners, and only when I got home did I realize that there was no shrimp. So I called, and the employee that answered ask me to make a 17 mile round trip to bring in my paper receipt. I ordered and paid online! This should have been resolved over the phone, especially for the prices we have to pay for take out now!
