One person's booking hadn't gone through even though hotel was fully booked for the night reception staff did everything they could finally managed to provide a room. I asked for a small portion of dinner was given what I asked for. It was a very hot night even though there wasn't air conditioning in the bedrooms, having a fan provided was perfect for the job. Finally, I left something behind staff couldn't have been more helpful, it had been taken from room given to duty manager for safe keeping until I could organise for its collection. If you go, don't forget to check out the almost hidden little circular garden. Very pretty.

They made sure everything went perfect and smooth for the whole day and leading up to the day. As stress free you could have a wedding be. 5 stars without a doubt.

He knew my tables drinks order after the second time of asking in a room with over 100 guests. He was warm and energetic and is a credit to the hotel. All the staff were fantastic and friendly while we stayed, but Tom deserves a special mention.
