Eos Café Coffee House - Clair Shores

Quaint little coffee shop, did a nice remodel recently. Counter person not friendly in any way. Ordered a toasted bagel w/ cream cheese today; extra charge for the cream cheese (see pic). Bagel was only minimally toasted, really not edible; I put it back on the food pick up counter w/ 2 bites out of one side 20 minutes later no one came by to ask why I gave the uneaten bagel back to them (very few people there, not hard to see who did it). Maybe that happens a lot, I don't know; but I'd wonder why someone just returned their food. Easy to upgrade/uptrain your servers, but until then I'll go somewhere else. Love a small non corporate coffee shop, too bad they don't measure up.

I really do love the food, this place is cute. BUTTT they always get my order wrong or they forget I even made an order and had me wait for 40min 1HR. I’ve given them more chances than I should have but today I made a pick up order and once I got home I noticed they gave me the wrong order. I’m done with this place, my neighbors have also experienced the same thing and they’ve given up on this place a long time ago. Never going back here again unfortunately.

I had coffee didn't try there food but I love this coffee shop.

Ordered two ice teas and gave the guy a 20% tip but he refused to bring the teas to our table. 3:00 in the afternoon and not busy at all. Just seemed like a nice thing to do, I think.

The food is good and the service is great. Breakfast is served all day. Try the spinach puff and a custom smoothie.
